- I just got my new ZIP drive today and it's getting along great with my
- Oktagon controller. Only one small problem: I can't get it to eject
- its disk!
-
- Yes, I've tried hitting the little button (:-); when I do, the amber
- light flashes, I hear a short clicking, the amber light flashes again,
- there's a quieter click, then the amber light flashes once more -- and
- that's it, nothing else happens. I fear that the mechanism for
- ejecting disks is broken, but maybe it just thinks it's connected to a
- Mac (although this even happens with the computer shut off). I'm
- going to try the emergency disk eject feature, but I don't want to
- rely on that all the time! Any suggestions?
